The Assistant Can Read Your Images

The deck assistant looks at the images you give it. Paste or attach a screenshot, a reference slide, or a drawing in the deck editor's assistant. It now takes the image into account when it answers or edits your slides. Before, the image appeared in the chat but the assistant replied without seeing it.

Analyze any image in a chat. Hover over an image in a chat's side panel and choose Analyze with AI. The read lands in the chat, written for both the architect and the proposal manager: what the image shows, with labels and table values copied as printed; what it means for the design; what your proposal should do with it; and anything too small or blurry to read.

Profile Pictures That Show Up Everywhere

Your Google photo, automatically. Sign in with Google and your profile picture appears in the top bar and on your Settings page right away. No upload needed.

Your teammates see it too. Your photo is saved to your profile, so it shows up wherever teammates see you, including comments and team lists.

Photos instead of initials. Team and project member lists sometimes showed initials for people who do have a picture. They now show the picture.

Client Profiler, Workspace Roles, and Multi-Currency Pursuits

Client Profiler and the Firm tab. Studio's Firm tab tracks the sectors, markets, and accounts your firm is pursuing, and the work you decline. It also researches individual stakeholders, and won't state something as fact unless the evidence backs it.

Workspace roles, explained. Workspace Settings now has a roles reference. It shows what an Owner, Member, or Guest can reach, edit, and delete — across the workspace, individual projects, and shared links. A promoted Member keeps the same access as the workspace's creator.

Multi-currency pursuits. Pursuit values now carry their own currency, with a workspace base currency and a manual exchange-rate table. A pursuit's rate freezes the moment it closes, so past totals never drift. Deal values group digits with commas as you type.

New file types. TIFF and HEIC images upload directly now. They're converted for you, so you don't have to convert them first.

Redesigned surfaces. The Add-to-Project, Media Files, and Project Activity windows got a cleaner pass, along with roster permissions, share-link activity, and the deck editor's bottom dock.

Workspace Owners Can Open Everything

Everything in your workspace opens for you. Own a workspace and you can open any deck, form, previs, walkthrough, or project filed in it — including work a teammate made without adding you. Decks, forms, previs, and projects open ready to edit, and you decide who else has access. Before, those items appeared on your dashboard but opened to an access-denied page.
