3D models in decks wait for a double-click. In the deck editor, clicking a 3D model now selects it and dragging moves it, like any other widget. Double-click it to orbit and zoom, then press Esc or click away when you're done. Scrolling over a model you're exploring zooms the model without also scrolling the deck.

Walkthroughs placed in a deck stay linked. When you add one of your 3D walkthroughs to a deck, it now comes in as the same live 3D view boards use, rather than a window onto its share page. You explore it and save views right on the slide, those views stay in step with the walkthrough, and one click opens the walkthrough in a new tab.

Cleaner 3D on shared decks. People viewing your deck no longer see a Save View button on 3D models, and scrolling over a model zooms it without also turning the slide.

Insights names the people who gave their email. When someone gives their email to view your deck, the Overview's Recent Activity now lists them by that email and counts their view, with "Hide team views" on or off. Before, if they viewed on a computer that matched one you had hidden as yourself, their visit was hidden along with yours, while the People tab still showed them.

Insights is up to date each time you open it. Insights now reads your deck's views again every time you open it, so a visit that just happened is there without pressing refresh. The view count on the Insights button keeps up too.

A project without a cover now shows its own work. A project's card used to borrow a stock photo of someone else's building. Now it shows the picture of its most recently updated file: the opening slide of a deck, a saved view of a 3D walkthrough, or a frame from a previs. The same picture appears on the Projects page, on the Home Projects tab, in search, in the project picker, and behind the title when you open the project. A cover you set yourself always comes first.

The picture keeps up with your work. Add a file to a project, or update its newest one, and the card picks up the new picture the next time the project appears on screen. Opening a project checks it too.

An empty project says so. A project with no cover and nothing in it shows its initials on a plain tile, and a plain dark header when you open it.

See who shared a project with you. Hover the shared icon on a project someone else made, on the Projects tab or in Shared with me, and it now names the person who made it, the way shared files already do.

The Projects tab opens and scrolls faster. Project covers now load as small copies sized for the card instead of the full-size photo, so a page of projects downloads a fraction of what it did. The built-in cover images are saved by your browser after the first visit, so they don't load again. The list of projects itself is much lighter, and cards are added as you scroll, a screen ahead of where you are, rather than all at once.

Your own cover images get a card-sized copy too. The first time a project with an uploaded cover appears on screen, Foveate makes a small copy of the cover for the card. Until then the card shows the original, exactly as before. Opening the project still shows the full image.

Projects shared with you are marked. A project someone else made now shows the same shared icon in the bottom-right corner of its cover as shared files do.

Shared projects appear in Shared with me. Any project you've been added to by someone else now lists on the Shared with me page, including projects filed in a workspace you belong to.

The map is always there. On the Overview tab in Insights, the map now sits beside Recent Activity whenever your link has been opened, not only when we found a viewer's city. When none of the opens could be placed, the map says so instead of disappearing.

Approximate places are shaded areas. When we only know roughly where someone was, for example somewhere within 1,000 km, the map shades that area instead of leaving them off. Click an area to see who it is, or click their row in Recent Activity to bring the map to it. Notes under the map say how many opens are shown as areas and how many couldn't be placed at all.

The selected item's outline is no longer cut off. In a project's Featured section, the picker that chooses what to feature outlines each selected item. On the first row, the top of that outline was cut off. It now shows in full, and the picker's spacing is otherwise unchanged.

3D Previs now sits under 3D Walkthrough. Home's Create New menu is one row shorter: choose 3D Walkthrough and 3D Previs is there beside 3D Model, Gaussian Splat and 360 Images.

A shorter suggestion row on Home. The chips under the composer no longer include Network. You can still start one from the composer's + menu, or by typing /network.

Require email to view. In a deck's Sharing Settings, Advanced Settings now opens on an Access section: Password Protection, Expiration Date and a new Require email to view switch, together. Turn it on, and anyone opening the link enters their email before they see any part of the deck, including its cover. You can also ask for their name and role, and write the line they read above the fields, under the same switch. Available on Pro.

See who viewed. The email a viewer gives shows in the deck's Activity, next to their name if you asked for one, and in the deck's Insights alongside how long they spent and which slides they saw.

Asked once. A viewer who has already entered their email goes straight to the deck when they come back on the same browser. You and your team never see the screen, and neither do viewers signed in to Foveate, who are known by their account.

Set as slide background. Right-click an image on a slide and choose Set as slide background. The image fills the slide behind everything else and comes out of the layer list, so it can't be dragged by accident. Its overlay, effect, blur and flip come with it. One Undo puts the image back where it was. On a slide whose background is already a full-bleed photo, that photo is replaced and its tint stays, so text over it stays readable.

AI-generated backgrounds are labelled on share links. When a deck's share link labels AI-generated images, a slide background made from one is labelled too, including backgrounds the AI assistant generates. The count in Sharing Settings includes them.

Backgrounds look the same on the cover. A slide background's effect filter and flip now show on the share link's cover and in slide thumbnails, as they already did in the editor and while presenting.
