Insights shows how your shared work is performing. Once you publish a share link, Foveate tracks engagement so you can see what's landing and follow up at the right moment.

Views over time

See how views accumulate over time across your shared projects, decks, previs, walkthroughs, and forms. Trends tell you when interest is building and when a pursuit has gone quiet.

Who engaged

For links that ask viewers to identify themselves, Insights shows who opened the link and how they engaged — which items they spent time on and how far they got. This turns an anonymous view count into a signal about specific people and accounts.

Per-item analytics

Open the Analytics modal on any individual item to see its own numbers in detail — views, viewers, and engagement for that specific project, deck, or scene, separate from your overall totals.

Pipeline and pursuits

Insights also gives you a pipeline view of your pursuits, drawing on the status you set on each project (on track, at risk, off track). Use it to see the health of every active engagement in one place.

Following up

The point of Insights is action. When you see that a stakeholder opened your data room, or that a link has gone cold, you know exactly when and who to follow up with. Pair this with Sharing & feedback to send reminders and collect responses.
