Houdini is a 3D procedural software for modeling, rigging, animation, VFX, look development, lighting and rendering used in the film, TV, advertising and video game industries.

Houdini natively supports the import and export of GLTF files, you can read more about it here.

While Houdini is an amazing 3D app, its GLTF exporter is not the most featured and certain things like Shape Key exports are not currently supported and will crash Houdini. Oftentimes it will be better to export an alembic or .fbx to Blender for advanced exports to GLTF. Note, it does not support Draco compression so any model with that extension cannot be imported into Houdini. Support for Draco can be added via third-party plugins like GLTF Compress.

You can read all about GLTF in Houdini here.

There are two operators for exporting GLTF in Houdini one for objects and another for characters.
